Access to and use of the top77 Platform is conditional upon the Member meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
2.4 No Existing Exclusion. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through top77's responsible gaming tools or by any other gaming operator or authority. Attempting to register while under an active exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
2.5 Single Account. You may hold only one active top77 account. Members found to have registered multiple accounts will have all accounts suspended pending investigation, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). top77 operates a mandatory KYC process. 3.4 Account Ownership. top77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other individual. You may not allow any other person to operate your account on your behalf.
3.5 Communication. By registering, you consent to receive operational communications from top77 via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings, but operational communications (such as security alerts and transaction confirmations) cannot be disabled while your account remains active.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. top77 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods, with prior notice provided through the Platform.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits credited via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically reflected in your account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via virtual account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are processed in real time during banking hours; transfers received outside standard interbank settlement windows may experience brief delays. top77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within three minutes on average. The following conditions apply:

4.6 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on top77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah. top77 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member in funding their account are the Member's sole responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. top77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the top77 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of no less than 5x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. 6.4 Sportsbook and Live Betting. All sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled in the Member's favour for the full payout to apply. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the handicap lines published at the time the bet is placed.
6.5 Disputed Results. If a Member disputes the outcome of a game or bet, they must raise the dispute through the top77 support channel within 72 hours of the disputed event's settlement. top77 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. The decision of top77's dispute resolution team, following review of game logs and system records, is final.

8.1 Ownership. 10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, top77's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their top77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Consequential Loss Exclusion. In no event shall top77 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if top77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless top77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.
11.1 top77 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 top77 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Member data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest. No data security system is entirely impenetrable, and top77 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Members are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication.
11.3 top77 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud detection partners strictly for the purpose of delivering and securing the Services. All third-party data processors are contractually bound to process data only as directed by top77 and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
12.1 By top77. top77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without notice, if top77 determines — in its sole discretion — that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members. Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited pending investigation.
12.2 By the Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting top77 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any remaining verified balance (excluding funds subject to active wagering requirements or under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law — shall continue in full force and effect after termination.
13.1 top77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, top77 will notify Members via email or through a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or to address an urgent security or legal matter.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming and entertainment law, as applied by the platform's operating jurisdiction.
